Hello! I'm Em, and I started Clean on Tyne because I believe everyone deserves to come home to or work in a clean, welcoming space — without the stress of doing it all themselves.
I'm now based in Birtley after moving here following my studies at Northumbria University. Living in Jesmond as a student gave me first-hand experience of the chaos that comes with end-of-tenancy cleaning — which is why I genuinely understand what students and landlords need when it's time to move out.
I have a genuine love for cleaning and making things sparkle. There's something deeply satisfying about transforming a space and seeing the difference it makes to someone's day. I've built this business on the values that matter most to me: reliability, quality, and genuine care for the homes and businesses I clean.
